This is a new venture for me but the lovely people at Holidays with Heart are as pleased as I am to be offering this week of Embodied Dance and Movement in their beautiful ecolodge near Taroudant.

Holidays with Heart organise the whole holiday so do enquire via the link below to find out more and book if you wish. I am looking forward to just facilitating movement and dance sessions, focussing on wellbeing and having fun.

All sessions are optional so if you need to rest or swim, write or paint there are a variety of lovely spaces for movement and stillness and there are opportunities for excursions and treatments like massage and a hammam.

Morocco Moves next adventure!

From the Sand to the Sea – 13–24 Sep 2025 – 11 nights B&B - £990

A bespoke holiday exploring the south west region of Morocco with a focus on the natural environment, flora and fauna and stunning coastline where the desert meets the sea. We will have time for early morning somatic movement, relaxation, culture, wildlife walks, enjoy local food and, of course, some souk shopping.
