There are more than 80,000+ people in custody at any given moment in England.

As part of our MadiganGill CSR Strategy, we have been keen to offer training and employment opportunities to individuals from disadvantaged groups. Part of this is our commitment to developing an offender placement programme. This includes providing a pathway for offenders to gain work experience on assignments with us and our partnered construction clients.

There are more than 80,000+ people in custody at any given moment in England. One way we can help is by tackling the skills gap and reintegrating ex-offenders and serving offenders into society, sustained employment and reaching their potential. As part of our CSR Strategy, we are keen to help.

Sam's Listening

MadiganGill were delighted to be working with Powerday helping fund the training session taken by Elite Force Safety and love partnering with our supply chain partners who share our passion on these important topics and recognise the benefit of collaborating for maximum impact.

MadiganGIll were delighted to support Powerday's first ever dedicated mental health training for London Boxing clubs introduced as part of their Sam’s Listening campaign, a preventative approach offering real time training to identify signs and remove the stigma of mental health within sport.

It is with tremendous sadness and the utmost respect we mourn the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth after a remarkable lifetime of service and dedication. We remember her indomitable spirit of quiet determination, of courage, and of hope in the future. She was truly a constant to all of us, and will be missed greatly.

It’s especially sad when something so terrible happens to children

Last week our fantastic MadiganGill Logistics team at Lewisham Gateway took time to raise awareness and collect money for a little girl named Arianna who has been diagnosed with high risk Neuroblastoma, which is a rare cancer that affects children, mostly the under 5 year olds.

Wanting to make an impact they all came in wearing the colours of their favourite sports teams, with hands held out and encouraging support for this brilliant cause.

The money raised will go towards helping raise the necessary funds for Arianna to have the treatment she most desperately needs in America.

Thank you to our team (you are truly stars), and all those who took part and supported us as well as Balfour Beatty plc our wonderful client on this scheme.

It's always great getting together with our regions, especially when there's something that's NEWSWORTHY.

Over the past few weeks, we've been rolling out the new branding for the whole of MadiganGill, and this time it was the turn of the Midlands and South West Regions.

The management team consisting of Lewis Yost, Seb Williams, James Murray, and Ryan Burns, all provided great feedback and lots of ideas going forward.

All this just went to highlight that it's the strength of our teamwork that makes the company work so well.

MEET IGNAS GELUNCEVICIUS

Ignas Geluncevicius is an important part of MadiganGill Resource where he's Labour Manager in our Bristol Office. He joined our team in March to help us strengthen even further the relationships with our operatives, and to support our clients by making sure we understand their every need.

Ignas has actively helped us to expand our brand in the Bristol region, bringing with him new ideas to improve services, time dedicated to our operatives, and a desire to learn, grow and develop his professional skills.

“I came to the UK in 2009 with just £200 in my pocket and a bag of clothes. I couldn't even speak English. I worked in a number of different sectors such as food production, security, and warehousing which gave me the opportunity to improve my management and communication abilities. Since joining MadiganGill, I have fallen in love with the Construction industry, and with the great support I get here, I feel I have everything I need to succeed”

The Resource team is delighted to be working with Ignas and is looking forward to watching him grow with us.
