March brings a few celestial moments worth watching, and many of them are visible from large parts of the world if you have clear skies and low light pollution.

✨ Early March: A “Blood Moon” lunar eclipse, visible from North & South America, Africa, parts of Europe, and the Pacific

✨ 7–8 March: Venus and Saturn side by side after sunset, visible worldwide

✨ 20 March: The March equinox, happening across the globe

✨ 25 March: The Moon reveals the “Lunar X and V” shapes, visible worldwide with binoculars or a small telescope

Have you ever seen a waterfall turn to fire? 🔥

Each February in California’s Yosemite National Park, something magical happens. For just a few minutes at sunset, the light hits Horsetail Fall on El Capitan at the perfect angle, and the water glows like molten lava cascading down the rock face.

It’s called the Firefall, and it’s one of those fleeting natural moments that reminds us how wildly beautiful this planet is.

What does Kilimanjaro summit night really feel like? 🥾

put it perfectly after her Northern Circuit climb with us:

“An ~8-hour push from 4,750 m to 5,895 m… starting just before midnight, moving slowly just to stay warm… and somehow, step by step, breath by breath, you make it to the top.”

Summit day on Kili is long, cold, emotional and wildly rewarding. And as she says, it’s more achievable than most people think. The magic word? Pole pole (slowly, slowly).

Huge congrats on your summit!
