Now, there are some severe circumstances that marriages should dissolve! HOWEVER, it is too easy for couples to choose separation over RESTORATION! Life is full of new adventures and distractions. There may be times that our attention can be carried away to different areas in life. There are many things we can all do to help us adapt to many things that may be new in our lives - REMEMBER THE WORD and you will have a

💛 B is for - New things can often times mean a new routine that you both must adapt to. Don’t allow this routine to totally loose balance of what you were both used to. Ensure that you are conscious about including old life to new life and the new will slowly be the normal way of living.

❤️ L is for - As this post is about choosing or rejecting love! Don’t reject a because of lack of loyalty or small issues that cannot be solved. We are all human but what makes us great humans is the choices we make in life. Help each other grow instead of giving up on each other. In marriage, there are efforts that need to be made from both parties. If you have children, you are to be the best examples you can be. Always be loyal and remember the good times, don’t let bad moments overpower what’s great in your lives! In addition, do not allow for a third person to enter and pollute your environment. What’s right for others may not be right for you. Make your own decisions and stick by each other no matter what.

Attention - Giving attention to your spouse is important because of many reasons. It shows that you notice her. Complimenting her when she looks beautiful is a MUST! if a husband doesn’t tell his wife she is beautiful, who will???

Care - Females are statistically more emotional than men, caring about your spouses feelings is so important. The need to express feelings and know that you are her comfort zone is far healthier than suppressing emotions that could escalate into problems that are deeper rooted. Don’t just be a brick wall, show you care by looking deep into her heart and letting her know that everything is going to be ok.

Time - One of the most important!!!! Make sure you offer time for you as a couple. Often couples get caught up in a routine. Work, home, children etc. Its of utmost importance to give back fuel to your relationship in order to keep the fire burning 🔥

I - Make sure your intentions are always pure! Don’t give attention just when you need something. Self went out the window when you chose marriage. Your commitment to each other should be selfless, doing all actions in love and not ulterior motive.

In these times, choose♥️ ♥️ and you will be able to work through these small issues instead of letting the small grow into a bigger problem that may be unsolvable. Tackle each small thing with LOVE, and grow from each experience

Key rules - STOP, LOOK and LISTEN

STOP - Analyse the situation, is it something you have done? If it is, own it and choose love by making changes

LOOK -We should look to ourselves, what can be done to add happiness to our situation? Can the ladies out there make an effort to let her husband come home to his favourite meal one day, quiet, cosy, romantic? Can the husbands stop to get his wife a beautiful bunch of her favourite flowers on the way home from work ? Small gestures can create

LISTEN - Conversation is KEY! Always give time to listen to each other. Be open and honest with all things, only then can you have understanding and growth.
