🛑 UMRAH FLIGHTS CANCELLED? DO NOT PANIC! 🕋✈️

Travelling for Umrah in 2026? Have you heard about flight cancellations to Jeddah and Madinah? Before you panic or change your plans, please read this! 🤍

📌 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR UMRAH PILGRIMS
✈️ Not all flights to Jeddah (JED) are cancelled. Only certain flights are affected. Don’t assume your flight is cancelled just because you saw something on social media.
🇸🇦 Saudia Airlines: Flights to Jeddah and Madinah are still operating on some services. However, flight operations can change, so check your specific flight before travelling.
⚠️ Riyadh appears to be among the more affected areas. If you’re travelling via Riyadh, check your connecting flight and any airline notifications.

✅ BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR THE AIRPORT:
1️⃣ Check your flight status on the airline’s official website or app.
2️⃣ Check your SMS, email and WhatsApp for cancellation or delay alerts.
3️⃣ Contact your airline or travel agent if you need clarification.
4️⃣ If your flight is cancelled, ask about rebooking, refunds or alternative routes.

🤲 PLEASE DON’T PANIC. Stay calm, avoid unverified rumours and follow official airline updates. Your specific flight status is what matters most.
May Allah make every pilgrim’s journey easy, safe and accepted. Ameen. 🤍

HAVE WE FORGOTTEN WHY WE CAME TO UMRAH? 🕋🤍

Remember where you are standing. You are on sacred land, in a place connected to the lives and legacy of Prophets. We have no reason to feel entitled to this blessing, yet Allah SWT, out of His mercy, has invited us to stand on this blessed land.

So why have we turned this sacred journey into a social media production?

Pregnancy announcement reels. Showcasing love stories. Filming moments with spouses. Recording couples touching the Kaaba while in Ihram. Adding music, editing clips and turning the Haram into a backdrop for likes, views and viral fame.

Stop for a moment and ask yourself:

We came to say “Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik” — to answer the call of Allah. But are we truly present in our worship, or are we too busy creating content for the world?

Your blessings are beautiful. Your marriage is beautiful. Your happiness is beautiful.

But does every blessing need a public announcement? Does every intimate moment need an audience? Must every sacred experience become a reel?

Some moments are meant to be lived, not filmed. Some blessings are meant to be cherished, not showcased. And some moments between you and Allah deserve your undivided attention.

The Haram is not a content studio. Ihram is not a costume for your next viral video. And Umrah is not a romantic getaway or a social media photoshoot.

PROTECT THE SANCTITY OF THE HARAM. PROTECT THE SINCERITY OF YOUR IBADAH.

Put the camera down sometimes. Lift your hands in dua. Remember why you came. Let your heart be present where your body has been blessed to stand.

May Allah SWT purify our intentions, protect us from showing off, accept our worship and grant us an Umrah that transforms our hearts. Ameen. 🤍🕋

Why does everyone fall in love with Madinah? 🤍

No matter where people come from, they all seem to say the same thing:

“I miss Madinah.”

But why?

Is it the peace?
The people?
The adhan?
The feeling of sending salām upon Rasulullah ﷺ?
Or something you simply can’t put into words?

💭 Tell us in one sentence:

What is it about Madinah that keeps calling your heart back?
