We are proud to announce our expansion into new premises, featuring a modern and upgraded 4,000 sq ft warehouse. This investment represents a significant step forward for our team and our customers.

The expanded facility allows us to continue delivering the high-quality, reliable logistics services we’re known for, while increasing our storage capacity to 140 pallets. With the introduction of enhanced pick-and-pack capabilities, we can now support a broader range of fulfilment needs, offering even greater flexibility and efficiency to businesses of all sizes.

🔔 Important Update for US-bound Shipments

With the recent changes to US import regulations, we want to reassure our clients that CSM’s shipping solutions to the USA remain fully operational.

📦 As of August 29th, the $800 duty-free threshold has been removed, meaning all imports into the US are now subject to duties and taxes. This change has led to the suspension of many postal services to the US due to new import entry requirements.

✅ Despite this, CSM continues to offer reliable Express and eCommerce shipping solutions to the United States.

🎉 Celebrating 25 Years of CSM Northampton 🎉

This August, we proudly celebrate 25 years of CSM Northampton – a milestone marking a quarter of a century supporting businesses across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, and Buckinghamshire.

Our Northampton depot was established in August 2000 by Graham Potter, who brought with him a wealth of experience in the logistics industry. Having spent his entire career in the sector, Graham had previously supported the group, providing airfreight and container solutions before officially joining the CSM family. His knowledge, leadership, and commitment played a key role in helping shape the strong and trusted operation we are proud of today.

Although Graham officially retired in 2019, he continues to support the team, offering valuable guidance and insight on projects. Many of the client relationships Graham built in those early years are still going strong today. Most recently, he joined us at the Northampton Saints End of Season Dinner – a fitting occasion, as it was Graham who first established our relationship with the club back in 2007.

As we celebrate this milestone, we want to express our sincere thanks to our clients, partners, and team members – past and present – whose continued support, trust, and collaboration have made this journey possible. Your loyalty and confidence in our services are the reason we’ve reached this 25-year landmark, and we look forward to building on this legacy together.
