Platinum Transport Solutions LTD are looking to add a transport coordinator to its transport desk.
As a FORs Gold operator, Platinum Transport providing both Hiab and moffett transport to several industries including; Construction, Events , Fitout & specialist movements.
Job description:
- managing drivers and driver issues throughout the day
- answering emails & phone calls, booking jobs
- maximise vehicle profitability by incorporating jobs where possible
- managing customer expectations and informing clients of the capabilities of our machinery
- ensure every truck is making money each day
- build a rapport with our regular customers ensuring they keep coming back to use us.
Monday - Friday 7am -5pm with hours lunch. One in 3 weeks you will be out of hours contact, expected to deal with any issues that may arise.
Ideally, you will have worked for a transport company before & understand what a Moffett & Hiab is. A HGV licence would also be an advantage.
Company phone and laptop is included in this job role.
Salary - starting salary £32,000+ experience dependant.
Monthly bonus scheme in place from warm lead conversion. It is expected for staff to receive a bonus every month.
