Collaboration is key to the continued development of Sevilla as a cruise destination.

On 5 October, Global Ports Holding joined the Autoridad Portuaria de Sevilla and Ocean Platform Marinas for the third Cruise Roundtable, bringing together local authorities and industry representatives to review the cruise season and discuss feedback from key stakeholders.

A few days that brought the cruise industry together in Las Palmas.

Seatrade Cruise Med 2026 brought cruise leaders, partners and industry professionals from around the world to Las Palmas Cruise Port, with our new terminal providing the setting for conversations, connections and new opportunities for the future of cruising.

From the opening of the terminal to the conversations and moments shared throughout the event, it was a privilege to welcome the global cruise community to one of our ports and showcase the growing role of the Canary Islands in the cruise industry.

From Port to Port, It’s in Our Hands.

Through this global initiative, Global Ports Holding brought together teams, local communities and industry partners across its network for International Coastal Cleanup Day.

More than 350 volunteers and 32 partners took part in 30 hours of cleanup activities, collecting approximately 11 tonnes of waste from beaches, shorelines and coastal areas. Teams also gathered data to contribute to marine pollution research and help inform future coastal protection efforts.

These collective efforts reflect our commitment to reducing environmental impact and working alongside the communities and partners who share our responsibility to protect the seas.
