To see the before SWIPE RIGHT ➡️ 📷⠀
I wanna show you how to use editing as a tool to express your vision! ⠀
⠀
I generally don't like over-editing 😅⠀
BUT whenever I shoot an image, I'm already envisioning how I'll develop it and what the end result will look like 💚⠀
⠀
Knowing how to develop your raws is a fundamental part of the creative process and a powerful way to express your vision! ⠀
⠀
📷 At the Kuang si waterfalls near Luang Prabang, the water flows into beautiful turquoise pools. ⠀
It feels like a fairy forest and I wanted to convey that ethereal feeling by cooling down my white balance and boosting the vibrance of greens, blues and aquas in my image. 💚💙⠀
⠀
📷 My white balance was a bit off and too warm for the scene I wanted to portray. ⠀
In order to get a slower shutter speed to capture movement in the water, I overexposed the raw file a bit and brought the exposure down in Lightroom.⠀
⠀

Nikon 28-105mm ⠀

⠀
When you shoot an image, do you already have a vision of how you're going to edit it? ⠀
Would love to see some of your before/after 🤩🤩⠀
⠀
Buona luce 💚📷⠀
