One thing I’m learning about collecting Avios is that it’s not always about spending MORE — it’s about being smarter with the spending you were already going to do. ✈️
Before I buy something from Argos, I’m now checking:
1️⃣ Can I shop through the Avios app/portal and earn Avios?
2️⃣ Is there an eligible card-linked Avios offer I can activate/use?
3️⃣ Can I pay with my Amex and earn my normal applicable card rewards too?
If all three apply to the transaction… hello potential triple stack! 👀🙌🏾

This is exactly why I keep saying luxury travel is sometimes about WHEN you book, not how much money you have. ✈️✨
I managed to book Rixos Premium Belek for around £1,100 for three of us for four nights, all-inclusive during the Black Friday sales — and I was genuinely shocked at the deal I found.
This is a 5-star resort where we had so much included in our stay, and it ended up being one of our favourite hotel experiences in Turkey.
My biggest travel lesson has been: don’t assume a hotel is outside your budget because of the price you’re seeing today

This is what I mean when I say Rixos Premium Belek does all-inclusive differently. 😍
Imagine being on holiday, finishing your day by the pool and then casually popping into Godiva Café for something sweet. 🍫✨
You’ll find chocolates, desserts and those gorgeous warm croissants, and during our stay it became one of those little places you just had to visit.
And THIS is why I always say when you’re comparing all-inclusive hotels, don’t just compare the rooms and swimming pools.
Look at the little extras.

I completely understand why so many people are looking at Rixos Premium Belek now 😭✨
For us, it was such a good family resort — all-inclusive food, pools, beach, kids’ areas, Godiva café, entertainment and access to Land of Legends. It really did feel like there was something for everyone.
Prices can change so much depending on dates, school holidays, flights, room type and how many people are travelling, so definitely compare before booking.

One thing I’ve learnt is that “all-inclusive” doesn’t always mean everything is included.
On our recent trip to Turkey, we stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and IC Green Palace, and although both were fantastic hotels, the extras were very different.
✨ Rixos Premium Belek impressed me because so much was genuinely included. From the food and drinks to access to Land of Legends, it felt like a true all-inclusive experience.
At IC Green Palace, however, there were a few more optional extras and premium experiences that came with an additional charge. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s definitely something worth knowing before you book so you can budget accordingly.

Found such a lovely free farm in South London/Bexley and honestly the kids loved it 🩵🐐
Fresh air, animals, open space and a perfect little family reset without spending loads 👏🏾✨
Sometimes the simplest days out create the best memories 💫
Definitely adding this to our list of family-friendly spots! 🌿

We tried Immersive Gamebox as a family and honestly had SO much fun 🎮✨
Perfect family activity with loads of interactive games to choose from.
And yes… I’m VERY competitive 😭

And honestly?
That strategy has changed the way I travel.
