DK Tuning recently worked on something different for Mycoffeestationuk. This was a Mercedes Vario 814D truck. This sports the 136bhp & 520nm torque engine which for a heavy truck struggles up those hills and pulling out of junctions.

This engine was given an extra 45bhp and 100nm torque, its not just the extra performance that the truck will benefit from, its how that power is delivered. It's not delivered in one big lump making it unmanageable- the power is very linear with the turbo boosting much sooner and lasting a lot longer through the short rev ranges.

DK Tuning West Midlands recently worked on this lovely 'almost new' Seat Leon FR with the 2.0 turbo diesel engine in Wolverhampton. This engine produces 184bhp and 380nm torque as standard and the customer wanted to maximize power.

With this in mind we applied our DK RED file which took power to 230bhp and 460nm torque, a HUGE difference from stock power. With this file the turbo will also boost sooner due to our custom boost maps, peddle response will be 10% improved and power will be much more 'linear' throughout the rev range.
