So Smarts of Northolt Ltd undertakes it’s last complete removal today . Loading in Marlow to deliver in Ferndown tomorrow .
Thanks to all of our clients and colleagues for your business and support over the last 142 years .
Sadly as from the 1st of December, Smarts will be under new ownership

What is it with Estate Agents and Solicitors!
They couldn’t organise a P**s up in a Brewery!
They continue to fail to communicate with each other, and make false promises of completion dates for their clients, who then book us removers in good faith, and then when the Promised Date
draws near they come up with some C**k and Bull story that prevents the Promised date from actually being The Completion date at all .
And I bet they all sleep totally untroubled at night whilst their clients and Us Removers sweat about the incompetence of the legal system that is the Housing Market !🤬😡
We then have to fill the empty dates in our diaries
Often at incredibly short notice.

Yet another long wait for completion and keys today
Loaded nicely by 10.30 and arrived at delivery address at 11.45 .
Two trucks four men.
Will the system ever change or become efficient?
I doubt it
