We’re Hiring – Aviation & Operations Executive ✈️

Location: Southwest London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

If you’re an Amadeus expert with experience in fares, ticketing, and BSP, love travel, and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:
✅ Issue tickets, process refunds & reissues in Amadeus
✅ Handle quotes, fare/rate queries, name changes & fam trips
✅ Generate reports & update departments on airline offers
✅ Liaise with overseas ground handlers

Requirements:
✈️ 2+ years in a similar role
✈️ Amadeus booking, pricing & ticketing skills
✈️ Familiar with BSP rules
✈️ Excellent English
✈️ Knowledge of Caribbean, Arabia, Europe & Indian Ocean is a bonus

Hours: Full-time, hybrid (2 days in office in Fulham), some Saturdays

Opening Spring 2026

From Summer 2026, British Airways will launch a new direct route from London Gatwick to Chania, complementing their existing London Heathrow service.
