House2Share is a young Limited company, based in London. We specialise in letting rooms to business professionals in and around the Capital. Who are we?

We believe that sharing a rental property is the best way to experience life in London. Not everyone moves to the Capital with friends or co-workers with whom they can share a home. We hope to put young professionals together to benefit from lower rental costs and social living. How do we benefit landlords? Landlords like us because we guarantee them rental income for 3-5 years. There is no downti

me between tenancies and we can offer up to six months rent upfront. We assess each tenant on an individual basis, use Experian for credit and background checks, and require professional and landlord references. They are safe in the knowledge that we only chose tenants that we ourselves would like to live with. House2Share also use their own dedicated maintenance team, and will set up bi-monthly cleaning servicesincluded within the cost of the room rental. What do we want? We are looking for Landlords who own properties with two or three bedrooms, and are open to 3-5 years of guaranteed monthly rental income. We like houses that are conveniently located close to transport links and local amenities. We like working we Estate Agent's, because they are specialists in liaising with Landlords. We can offer 3-5 years tenancy fee's upfront, and are happy to pay up to 6 months rent to secure a property. How do we benefit tenants? Moving to London is a daunting process. Many details have to be ironed out before arriving. Finding a place to live is potentially the most problematic. Renting a studio or one bedroom flat is extremely expensive. Tenants are forced to use websites that specialise in room only rentals, but expose them-selves to illegal and covert rental agreements. We want to regulate and legalise the sub-letting process. Allowing tenants to rent a single room from a dependable and responsible management company. We can save them moneyand give them peace of mind.
