Sobus Sobus also provides affordable office and meeting room space. During the last year Sobus gave 1-2-1 support to over 260 VCS organisations.

Sobus is a Community Development Agency providing infrastructure support to community and voluntary organisations in Hammersmith & Fulham and the business community in North Kensington. Sobus operates across Hammersmith & Fulham working with community and voluntary organisations, social enterprises, business start-ups, residents and statutory agencies. Sobus also provides infrastructure support to

VCS organisations in Hammersmith & Fulham and business support in North Kensington. Our hubs at Dawes Road, Fulham, SW6 and Freston Road, North Kensington, W10 offer flexible, modern, affordable office and meeting room space. Both hubs are open 9-1pm Monday to Friday and currently the Dawes Road Hub is also open from 2-6pm on Tuesdays and Friday. The Freston Road hub is also open from 1-5pm on Tuesdays. Both hubs are close to transport links and local shops and amenities. Our office space offers:
• High speed, secure internet & Free Wi-Fi
• Kitchen and breakout area for networking or lunch
• Bike storage
• Full wheelchair accessibility
• Lockable storage
• Photocopying and printing facilities

Prices start from £260.00 pcm and £15.00 for a half day for a hot desk. Room hire prices start from £15/20/25 per hour depending on whether it is an individual or organisation hire.
