When hangar space becomes harder to find, it can be a sign of something bigger.

Across Texas, demand for business aircraft is growing alongside the state’s booming economy.

Between 2021 and 2026, the number of business aircraft based in Texas increased by 226, bringing the state’s total to more than 12% of the U.S. fleet.

As more companies relocate, investment continues and aircraft ownership grows, hangar availability is becoming an increasingly important consideration for buyers.

For aircraft owners, the conversation is no longer just about which aircraft to acquire, but where it will be based, how it will be used and whether the surrounding infrastructure can support long-term plans.
