Realities of living with a dog in Spain (especially Valencia) involve being surrounded by fireworks!

And remy does NOT like fireworks! Hence why we use his earmuffs! They are noise reducing and help to muffle the noise!

This weekend was a holiday weekend and on Thursday evening this is what we heard at midnight! But this happens ALL year round with all the festivals going on in Spain.

While I as a human find them beautiful and exciting! My heart feels for the animals who are fearful of fireworks in Spain!

Sometimes simple travel is the best kind of travel 🤍

We have traveled BIG dog friendly trips including Tuscany w**e tours, Capri boat trips, Porto Tuk-Tuk tours, Texas w**e country tasting, Amsterdam canal cruises and London Tower Bridge adventuring to name a few!

But sometimes are favorites dog friendly trips are the simplest, relaxing, and staying in with each other!

Our last trip to Marbella included w**e walkies, sunset views, reading, and lots of dog naps for Remy and it was exactly what we needed!

We could have packed our trip with exploring new areas and dog friendly restaurants but we wanted to spend time together and enjoy the slow travel life this trip.

And this is what I love about travel! It can be anything you want! Especially when you bring your dogs!
