Earlier this week we had a small Springer at Uxbridge Boat Center. The client was keen to know about the hull in particular on this Pre-Purchase, so we were happy to advise him on how best to proceed. A very cold 🥶 day at Uxbridge Boat Centre earlier this week for a hull survey ahead of blacking…. We found one of the well deck scuppers, close to the waterline, had become corroded leading to rain water flooding the vessel from above. The consequences could have be severe, as this could have lead to the vessel sitting lower in the water and eventually leading to down flooding.
