Think about the last delivery you received that went really well.

On time, in good condition, properly handled by a professional delivery driver.

Now think about how it made you feel about the company you ordered the goods from - it no doubt reflected well on them.

But if that delivery experience was a poor one, you would feel differently about the company from which you ordered the bathroom, DIY materials or new garden furniture.

Good logistics leaves a positive impression on the receiver of the goods - one that impacts the seller's reputation too, and we never forget that.

It's why we take the care of every consignment as seriously as our customers do, because it's their reputation we're protecting, as well as our own.

Want that same level of care for your business?

Everyone’s looking forward to the last Bank Holiday weekend of the summer.
Meanwhile, anyone in logistics already has one eye firmly on Christmas.

The build-up to Christmas starts soon - seasonal high volumes and tighter schedules that bring pressure across supply chains.

The good news? We're ready.

We’re planning ahead and getting things aligned so our customers can depend on us - especially when things get busy.

In the meantime, have a great long weekend, everyone!

A couple of weeks ago, we held our annual Palletline London BBQ for our team and their families.

It was a chance to get everyone together and say thank you for all the hard work that goes in throughout the year.

We’re very lucky to have a great group of people around us, which makes all the difference.

A big thank you to everyone who came along and to those who helped make it happen.

We hope you all had a brilliant afternoon.

We’re delighted to have been nominated for the Operational Excellence award.

It’s a fantastic acknowledgement of the commitment that the entire Palletline London team puts in every day.

Operational excellence is easy to target, but delivering it consistently each day is much harder.

That’s why we’re extremely proud that Palletline London has been shortlisted for the Operational Excellence Award at the 2026 Motor Transport Awards.

This award recognises the people at the heart of the operation, balancing three key things:
- the commercial demands of a successful business
- maintaining high levels of customer service
- ensuring everything continues to operate safely and legally

It’s a balancing act that logistics teams understand very well.

To be shortlisted is a fantastic endorsement of the team and the standards they work hard to maintain.

Huge congratulations to everyone involved, and to our fellow finalists.

We’ll see you in September!

If you're sending five parcels to the same address, you're probably paying for five separate deliveries - but more importantly, you've got five separate chances for something to go wrong.

There's a better way.

Consolidating those parcels onto a single pallet instead can cut costs, reduce the risk of damage and simplify the whole process.

It's a straightforward switch that can make a much bigger difference than you think, and it's a big reason why having a trustworthy pallet partner supporting your logistics is vital.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder - but there are some things you can do to make your pallet a thing of beauty.

Here's what we look for...

👉 Goods protected and fully shrink-wrapped.
👉 Balanced load - heavier items on the bottom.
👉 Strapped securely to the pallet base.
👉 Label clearly visible on the outside - ideally on 2 sides.
👉 Everything on the pallet in good, undamaged condition.

The more of those that you can tick off, the more beautiful your pallet becomes.
