A Culinary Adventure: with Ch*****ne Billecart-Salmon
Last week, Thunder partnered with Billecart-Salmon to host an intimate dining experience at Moor Hall Restaurant; the home of Chef Patron Mark Birchall and one of Britain’s most celebrated three Michelin-starred restaurants.
The itinerary? London to Lancashire in 60 minutes, an exquisite garden tour, an eight-course menu with prestige cuvée pairings; bookended by a flight of snacks, British cheeses, and house petit fours; followed by some ci**rs in the garden to finish…
The guests still had time to enjoy an evening at home in London.
