✨Today, we celebrate 30 FANTASTIC years of Community Transport Waltham Forest.✨

It is an amazing honour to enable thousands of people each year to go on days out, shopping trips, sporting events and so much more within the community.

What started as a small fleet of 2 minibuses and a dream, has grown significantly over past 3 decades, and we have our amazing service users and staff to thank for that.

To celebrate this incredible milestone, this week we will be sharing never before seen heritage photos and news articles of CTWF, as well as accounts from our staff and our service users.

Thank you allowing us to continue to serve the community, we're going to continue for many more years to come.

We want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
This year has been very eventful for the Excursion members, we have been to new places such as Kenwood House, Colchester and The White Swan pub in Hoddssdon.

We have some new changes coming in 2025 and we're so excited to welcome you all back in a new year of travel, fun and memories.

In April, we spent an afternoon at Kenwood House . We wandered through the halls and learnt a lot of history about the house, the grounds, and the people who once lived there. It was a nice little day out for the residents of Leyton and Leytonstone. 🌻🐰

We're happy to announce that on Monday, we will be sending out this Spring's Excursion programme! 🌻☀️
This means, that members should receive it sometime next week.
Don't want to wait to find out where we're going? Then we'll tell you!
This year, we're off to Van Hage Garden Centre, Colchester, and Kenwood House!
Be sure to keep an eye out for those forms, and send them back as soon as you can to secure your place.

The Excursion Club is a diverse and accessible trip service, taking people to places of interest, such as seaside towns, shopping centres, market towns, Christmas light tours and so much more!
