HUB Airlines is honored to announce that The German Emirati Institute represented by its CEO Bernhard Randerath led by a leading Nation in and a leading Nation in Middle East, has chosen our new airline to start operations in , as a strong partner in regards to sustainability, including Sustainable Aviation Fuel (that can also be made of sugar cane remaining).

Brazil leads as one of the biggest ethanol producers having established itself in the 70's with a program which has invested and developed car fuel made of it, successfully.

HUB Airlines has been leading strongly motivating SAF production which can reduce CO2 emissions in about 80%.

Airlines cannot meet their self-imposed targets for reducing GHG emissions based on engine and flight improvements alone, we need SAF and other mentality.

Although HUB Airlines has chosen the Airbus also based on its unique capability to reduce fuel in about 25% in its category, reducing CO2 emissions, it is not perfect, but it is the most we can get so far in technology nowadays.

Our new concept of airline stating as the first airline from its roots, can collaborate to improve experiences that airlines today are unable to remodel.

The is a global energy leader actively pursuing the decarbonization of its economy. The Ministério de Portos e Aeroportos represented by Minister Márcio França, was in Campinas this Monday, September 4th, to announce that the Federal Audit Court (TCU) allows Aeroportos Brasil Viracopos SA to update its concession.

He participated in the meeting “The future of Viracopos”, organized by the Municipality of Campinas, in partnership with the Metropolitan Agency of Campinas ( ) and the Development Council of the RMC- Região Metropolitana de Campinas.

The mayor of Campinas, Dr. Dário Saadi, highlighted the importance of the airport. “A very important announcement was made here at this event".

We emphasize the importance of resolving this situation and resuming investments in Viracopos Airport, which is important for the development not only of Campinas and the region, but for the whole of Brazil”, highlighted the mayor.

Last Wednesday, August 30rd, Aeroportos Brasil Viracopos SA formalized the request to the Union so that it could meet the concession period it had initially, until 2042, and no longer return the concession.

To clarify the situation, Minister Márcio França explained that it was necessary to seek a solution, with legal certainty, with the Federal Court of Auditors (TCU), which was positively indicated.

The mayor of Campinas, Dr. Dário Saadi, highlighted the importance of the airport. “A very important announcement was made here at this event".

The minister said that, after the decision of the Federal Court of Auditors, it will be possible to make a new renegotiation with the current concessionaire and resume the schedule of works and expansion of the airport.

There is a Japanese American and a Japanese national population in Los Angeles and Greater Los Angeles.

Japanese people began arriving in the United States in the late 1800s and have settled in places like Hawaii, Alaska, and California.

Los Angeles has become a hub for people of Japanese descent for generations in areas like Little Tokyo and Boyle Heights.

But Los Angeles has a Japanese and Japanese American population of around 110,000 people, and the entire USA, a total of 419.000 Japaneses.

What most people might not have noticed:

Japanese immigration to Brazil officially began at the beginning of the 20th century, in 1908.

Currently, Brazil has the largest population of Japanese origin outside of Japan, with approximately 1.5 million Nikkei, having their total population of 125 million people.

Brazil holds approximately over 1% of the entire Japanese population in its own country.

What is the importance of this data to the well-being of business and international travel among these countries Brazil, Japan and USA considering their commercial, political and cultural relationships historical facts, towards the future?

The Santos Metropolitan Region has an important international role to Brazil, far 2:30h from VCP Airport, holding the major port in the country and the biggest port complex in Latin America, with strong passenger and cargo complex.

The region has the first Village of Brazil, permanently officially established in the country, colonized by Portuguese people, named Sao Vicente in 1532.

The City of Sao Vicente has been in the loop last July, with the authorization of Secretary Lucena, to have deeper studies towards the possibility to hold the first Nautical District of Sao Paulo and Brazil.

The Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC - Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil ) participated in , the biggest business aviation event in Latin America, held at Congonhas Airport (SP).

HUB Airlines, approaching the core to startup a Brazilian scheduled airline in Campinas, State of Sao Paulo, was represented by our Founder Captain Rudolf Brockhausen on Tuesday, August 8th, the opening day and proud to have seen Airbus stand represented in Brazil by its Brazilian President Gilberto Peralta.

During the opening ceremony attended by the Agency's CEO, Tiago Pereira, and directors Rogério Benevides and Luiz Ricardo de Souza Nascimento, as well as authorities from the airline industry and government.

"We have the greatest commitment to our commercial aviation, which is the basis for the country's growth and economy, focused on investments, job and income generation and business", said the CEO Tiago Pereira.

On the first day of the event, in the afternoon, Tiago Pereira participated in the panel "ESG in Aviation: challenges and opportunities for a sustainable future" and highlighted ANAC's commitment to environmental, social and corporate governance.

In sustainability, the CEO highlighted the SustentAr Program projects, aimed at airlines and air taxis, and Sustainable Airports, which encourages the best sustainability practices in the airport sector.

In the social pillar, Tiago recalled the need to expand the inclusion environment, with more accessibility and racial, gender and financial diversity.

Still on the first day of the event, ANAC's General Aviation Operations manager, Fabio Fagundes dos Santos, discussed "Regulatory Innovations for General Aviation".

On Wednesday, August 9, ANAC's Civil Aviation Personnel superintendent, Mariana Altoe, participated in the discussion on "Women in Aviation".

Then, a lecture panel on new technologies was held, focusing on eVTOL.

The superintendent of Airworthiness at ANAC, Roberto Honorato addressed the advances and challenges of electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.

In 2021 our HUBTeam has accomplished a conference call with ANAC - Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil in Brazil and among the subjects of safety, HUB Airlines introduced our policy of not serving nor allowing to bring alcoholic beverages in our future flights, and we were congratulated by the Brazilian Authority for our safety concern.

The CAA International - Part of the UK CAA as the UK Civil Authority states:

The punishment for disruption varies depending on the severity.

Acts of drunkenness on an aircraft face a maximum fine of £5,000 and two years in prison.
The prison sentence for endangering the safety of an aircraft is up to five years. Disruptive passengers may also be asked to reimburse the airline with the cost of the diversion. Diversion costs typically range from £10,000 - £80,000 depending on the size of the aircraft and where it diverts to.

As a preventive method HUB Airlines decided in its business model to be clear towards Safety as the highest priority.

Additionally, non-alcoholic beverages are much more healthful allowing passengers to maximize their travel, during the flight and later upon their arrival, mitigating possible Jet Lag symptoms and preventing them from renting cars at airports, after having drunk alcoholic beverages during a flight with us.

Also, our team has studied that even people who drink alcohol, do not enjoy the exhalating smell of other alcoholic beverage drinkers, close to them.

First edition of the Sabor de SP started in Campinas and will cover nine other regions with actions that mobilize the producer to the restaurateur, including ten gastronomic festivals open to the public.

The biggest gastronomy appreciation program in the country started this week, in Campinas (July 16th to 22nd), with the best cuisine, typical restaurants in the region, classes with award-winning chefs, training for the entire sector and trips with the press (press trip).

The event is promoted by the Secretary of Tourism and Travel of the State of São Paulo (Setur-SP) in partnership with Mundo Mesa, an intelligence center in gastronomy; and Senac, one of the main educational institutions in SP.

“It is a great achievement for tourism in São Paulo to contemplate the gastronomic riches of 35 municipalities that are part of Sabor de SP, including Campinas and the region directly linked to this action and to be able to disseminate all this diversity of flavors to the public”, says the Secretary of Tourism and Travel of SP, Roberto de Lucena.

The incoming foreigners into Brazil is a must to create more opportunities for the development of the country, via Viracopos Airport, into the RMC-REGIAO METROPOLITANA OF CAMPINAS in the State of Sao Paulo.

Our Founder was born in Sao Paulo city and moved to Campinas as a 4 year old child and agrees " I always imagined that paradise was kind of a library"!
