Good evening. We are looking for polish transport company that can help us load from different locations aid for Ukraine. We are looking at aquistions tomorrow and Sunday locally from large supermarkets and warehouses in cities near Polish-Ukrainian border. If any of our clients have any connections, any volunteering drivers owning a truck/van etc and willing to help us deliver the goods, will be much appreciated! Location to deliver - local ONG in Lviv. We are trying to satisfy their requirement by private meanings without any external support which means we are looking at saving maximum cost as any funds left will be used to buy more aid. Please see list received by locals:

Lviv regional state administration is responsible for acceptance and accommodation of increasing wave of IDPs coming from all over Ukraine. The numbers are increasing, most people are getting by private vehicles. Many of them come with small children and pets. Due to limited capacity of motorways many of them have been spending hours in queues with no heating, warm food or other supplies.



Lviv regional state administration is in charge of organizing supply of essential goods and their delivery and distribution along the motorways to people in distress.



We are asking all capable organizations and private companies willing to:

provide the requested goods as per the list attached
deliver it to any EU-Ukraine border crossing
to contact a focal point in Lviv regional state administration (below) and coordinate the quantities and the pickup terms.

⛔️GVMS UPDATE -GMR și de ce este important codul pentru a va imbarca la ferry sau Eurotunnel⛔️

De la 1‌‌ ‌ianuarie 2022, oricine care mută mărfuri între Marea Britanie (GB) și Uniunea Europeană (UE) printr-o locație de frontieră a Serviciului de circulație a vehiculelor de marfă (GVMS) trebuie să fie înregistrată pentru a utiliza acest serviciu sau sa contacteze o agentie vamala autorizata. Aranjamentele actuale vor continua să se aplice mărfurilor care se deplasează din insula Irlanda în GB, în timp ce discuțiile privind Protocolul Irlanda de Nord continuă.

HMRC a fost informat despre unele erori comune ale utilizatorilor care apar atunci când clienții creează referințe de circulație a mărfurilor (GMR) în GVMS.

Dacă transportati mărfuri prin locații de frontieră care utilizează GVMS, asigurați-vă că:

✅1. Obțineți un GMR pentru toate mișcările, inclusiv pentru camioane/dube goale.
⛔️2. Nu utilizați referințele remorcii atunci când introduceți numărul de înmatriculare al vehiculului (VRN) în GMR pentru o mișcare însoțită, deoarece aceasta înseamnă că transportatorul nu va putea valida GMR. VRN-ul trebuie să se potrivească cu vehiculul care prezintă GMR.
⛔️3. Nu adăugați numere de referință pentru mișcare de export din UE (MRN) în GMR.
✅4. Asigurați-vă că introduceți tipul corect de referință de declarație care este relevant pentru mișcarea dumneavoastră. Pentru exporturi prin CHIEF(GB) sau CDS acesta este DUCR, pentru importuri prin CDS acesta este MRN și pentru importuri prin CHIEF este ERN. Pentru detalii complete despre tipurile de declarații care trebuie introduse în GMR, vă recomandăm insistent să contactați biroul nostru de asistență în loc să provocați întârzieri prin inserarea de date greșite.


⛔️Dacă nu faceți acest lucru, nu veți putea să vă îmbarcați feribot/tren. ⛔️

⛔️GVMS UPDATE -GMR and why is needed⛔️

From 1‌‌ ‌January 2022, anyone moving goods between Great Britain (GB) and the European Union (EU) through a Goods Vehicle Movement Service (GVMS) border location must be registered to use this service. Current arrangements will continue to apply to goods moving from the island of Ireland to GB while discussions on the Northern Ireland Protocol are continuing.

HMRC have been made aware of some common user errors occurring when customers are creating Goods Movement References (GMRs) into GVMS.

If you’re moving goods through border locations that use GVMS, make sure that you:

✅1. Get a GMR for all movements, including empties.
⛔️2. Do not use the trailer references when entering your Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) into the GMR for an accompanied movement, as this means the carrier will be unable to validate your GMR. The VRN must match the vehicle presenting the GMR.
⛔️3. Do not add EU export Movement Reference Numbers (MRN) numbers into the GMR.
✅4. Ensure that you are entering the correct type of declaration reference which is relevant for your movement. For exports via CHIEF or CDS this is the DUCR, for imports via CDS this is the MRN and for imports via CHIEF this is the ERN. For full details around which declaration types should be entered in GMR we strongly recommend you contact our support office instead of causing delays by inserting wrong data.


⛔️If you do not do this, you will be unable to board the vessel. ⛔️

Good day 2022!

GVMS and IPAFFS have been implemented as of 01/01/2022 00:01 UK GMT

In order to achieve a smooth crossing, you have to ensure your agent has created a pre-lodge import and a GMR reference with that.

Please note that you will need to generate a single GMR code for all the imports within on Truck/Van/Transport. The GMR code will allow you to embark on the ferry/train and will automatically clear all the imports at arrival in port. Agents won’t need to manually arrive the entry anymore.

Please pay attention at swapping trucks and trailers with loads, GMR requires truck/van plate in order to achieve fast clearance (not necessarily the trailer). If you change trucks before crossing, you need to ensure the GMR is done on the truck that crosses via ferry/train.

Parcel operators, please ensure you have customs simplified CN declarations and GMR generated in advance, DO NOT declare empty as you are randomly selected for inspection and you are liable for penalties.

Drivers pay attention, if you receive ORANGE or RED corridor notification when embarked on ferry, you are liable for £2500 penalty if you avoid the inspection or not attend to IBF!

In order to achieve a smooth crossing at border and embark on a ferry/train via any port, you will need to be GVMS ready.

A GMR code cannot be provided unless you have an import pre-lodged. The import generates what we call EPU or ENO, a code that looks like 000-000000X- dd/mm/yyyy , this code being required to be inserted in the GMR section 3, part 3.

You need to have the import ready and understand that a EUA declaration with MRN won’t work. The reason GVMS has been implemented, is to ensure no goods are coming into United Kingdom without an import clearance.

Please prepare in advance, on 02/01/2022 there were 400+ trucks in Sevington awaiting clearance. Time is the essence when it comes to customs.

For postal/parcel drivers, you need to contact us in time to register you for CN simplified customs and generate your GMR. Please bear with us as we are under high pressure this week considering 70% of the companies haven’t even heard of Brexit, Customs or GVMS. Thank you for you patience!
