Hampton school have been visiting Parc Eryri and hiring bikes from Beics Betws for more than 15 years. Following the closure of our shop in Betws we joined forces with Steve of Wheelism to deliver enough bikes for the school to enjoy their annual adventure cycling up ‘ice cream hill’ in Gwydir Forest!

Working on our new ‘Bike Wales’ website we took the opportunity of good weather to ride some if our new recommended ‘Hub and Spoke ‘ bike tour routes around Harlech , Dolgellau and Tywyn. Such fabulous scenery on quiet roads.

After welcoming our last customers Morley triathlon club yesterday we locked the doors of Beics Betws for the last time . Beics Betws and Betws y coed has been our second home for several years and we will miss the place hugely. Thanks to everyone for their support and best wishes.
We will be launching our new business Bike Wales and look forward to our next adventure

A sad day for Beics Betws, our fleet of much loved and hard working hardtail mountain bikes and trailer are leaving us for their new home.
The good news is that a local education establishment have bought them for use with their students.
Over the next couple of months we will be closing our bike hire shop in Betws y coed and launching our new bike hire business.
More details to come.
