"I'd give it a one-up on the London buses" 🚌

With new comfy seat and more accessibility room, it's no surprise Jo thinks our buses out perform the London ones.

What do you think of our new buses?

What do you think of our new buses? 🚌

You may have seen them on the road and there are hundreds more to come. Some are electric, some are ultra-low emission diesel, all are yellow and they’re packed with great new features.

We're very happy with the result – but we wanted to know what you think. So, we asked passengers and here's what they said..

Have you been on one of our brand new buses yet? 🚌

We now have 108 new all-electric buses on key routes, offering public transport that’s kinder to the environment. And there are hundreds more new buses to come, painted in our familiar yellow and grey colours and packed with great new features.

From 6 September, we'll start taking back control of the city region’s bus network, adding more services and more brand-new buses.

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has appointed Global to manage advertising across the region's new publicly controlled bus fleet.

Income generated through advertising will be reinvested back into the public transport network, supporting better services for residents as bus franchising rolls out across the city region from September 2026.

All advertising carried across the network will align with our advertising policy, which restricts the promotion of va**ng, to***co, and foods high in fat, salt and sugar on public assets.
