First-day photos might look a little different in a SEN family 💛

No fresh haircut, no perfectly ironed uniform, tracky pants and pumps instead of school trousers and shoes 😂 But he was happy, comfortable and—most importantly—he went in!

That’s already a massive win. Now we wait and see how he gets on 🥹🤞

We genuinely can’t thank you all enough for the lovely messages, support and understanding over the last couple of days 🥹🌈

And thank you to those who have come to us when something hasn’t been right too. We would always rather know so we have the chance to listen, learn and make things better.

Complaints might sting a little 😭😂 but your feedback is important to us and helps Spectrum grow.

I honestly don’t really know what to say today 😭❤️

We’ve found out that things we believed were being provided on one of our sensory buses haven’t been, and that the TVs haven’t been working for a few weeks.

We genuinely had no idea, and I feel absolutely awful.

These things might seem small to some people, but they’re a massive part of why we created our sensory-friendly service in the first place.

We’ve worked so hard over the last 6 years to build Spectrum Travel and earn your trust, so finding this out has completely knocked me.

All we can do is apologise, sort it and make sure it doesn’t happen again. ❤️



What makes today even more upsetting is that earlier I was on such a high because we reached 100 five-star Google reviews 🥹⭐️❤️

I couldn’t wait to share it with you all, and then finding this out completely knocked me.

We care so much about our little business and the families who trust us with their journeys. I’m genuinely sorry to anyone who has been affected.

I’m going to switch off for a little while, get my head together and come back to messages later. Online bookings are still available as normal. ❤️
