I know I keep saying it, but please send us a screenshot of your flights if you haven’t already 🙌✈️

We had a little dilemma last night where the wrong date had been sent over 😭

It’s easily done, especially with early morning flights where the arrival date can be the next day. They can be confusing little gremlins 🫠

So from now on, we’re asking everyone to send a screenshot of their flight details so we can double-check everything properly and avoid any mix-ups.

Just to add, we can’t message to say you may need cover until the flight has actually taken off.

That’s because we don’t know the updated landing time until the plane is up in the air. Some flights make up time, some don’t, so we have to wait until we have a clearer update before arranging or confirming cover.

We understand delays are frustrating, especially when you’re waiting around, but we really do try our best to keep everyone covered and make it as stress-free as possible 🙌💛 ✈️

We know families book us because of the extra comforts we provide, and we’ll always do everything we can to give you the best journey possible.

But sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control: delays, traffic, illness, vehicle issues or flight changes.

If this ever means we need to use a trusted backup driver or vehicle, please know we don’t make that decision lightly. We would always rather make sure someone is with you on time than leave you waiting.

Your safety, comfort and journey will always matter to us.

• The correct landing time

We do track return flights, but only from 24 hours before, so if anything changes before then please let us know straight away.
