Just to add, this last post isn’t aimed at anyone. It’s simply a reflection on a few things that have happened over the last week.

We know most of our customers are incredibly kind and understanding, and we’re so grateful for that. We just ask that everyone remembers we’re human and that our drivers are too. We always do our very best, even when things don’t quite go to plan. 🚌🌈💙

Today has been incredibly stressful and, if I’m honest, we’re absolutely exhausted. ❤️

We promise we never try to have things covered by other drivers unless we genuinely have no choice. We hate having to do it because we care so much about the experience we provide.

Please be kind to our drivers. They are helping us out and covering our work, and they shouldn’t have to deal with stress or upset when they’re simply trying to get everyone where they need to be safely.

We know the vast majority of our customers are kind, understanding and supportive, and we appreciate every single one of you. 🌈

Days like today are hard, and repeating ourselves over and over can be exhausting. Sometimes it honestly makes us question everything, but we love what we do and don’t want to lose that.

Thank you to everyone who has shown patience, understanding and kindness. It really does mean the world to us. 💙
