Due to continued market growth and team progression, McCulla Ireland is looking for experienced Transport Planners to join our team at our Lisburn HQ.

The Role:
• Cost-effective route planning & dispatching for ambient, chilled, and frozen logistics across NI, GB, and ROI.
• Coordinating closely with drivers, sales teams, and customer service to deliver our 'just in time' service.
• Managing delivery schedules, SORs, and departmental reports in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:
• Recent experience in a Transport Planner or similar logistics role.
• Strong geographical knowledge of NI, GB, and ROI.
• Good IT proficiency and proactive problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:
Salary: £34,000 – £45,000 DOE

Location: Lisburn HQ (Full-time, permanent)

Shifts: Flexible day shift patterns (including Butterfly shifts or Tue–Sat options; 1 in 4 weekends)
