Our Capacity Mailers are designed to withstand general bumps and scrapes in the mail and protect your contents whilst in transit. The 400Gsm board creates a robust shield for your delicate items whilst in the post, and the smooth finish allows for adhesive labels to easily be applied, or for handwritten addressing. The Peel and Seal strip allows for an easy closure system - just peel back the strip and fold over the seal, and the strong adhesive ensures your documents are safe and secure inside. Our red rippa strip makes it easy for the end user to open the package, and there is no need for scissors etc. This lightweight envelope is a durable and cost-effective way of protecting your items in the post, and we also allow for bespoke and custom printing, so you can maximise the impact of your brand and logo on your customers.

The capacity mailers are made from 400gsm recycled manilla board with 20mm, side and bottom expandable creases.
