🚌✨ We can't believe how happy our customers are with our two brand-new, British-built Alexander Dennis Enviro400 double-decker buses, which entered service today on Service 50 – Connecting City, County & Coast! ✨🚌

The response from passengers has been fantastic, with many commenting on the comfort, smooth ride, spacious seating and improved travel experience these new vehicles provide.

These buses represent a significant investment in the future of public transport across Lincolnshire and our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, reliable and sustainable bus services for the communities we serve.

A huge thank you to one of our biggest supporters, Gary Cirket, for capturing these fantastic photographs of NUF and NUH on their first day in service.

Here's to many years of serving Lincoln, Wragby, Louth and Mablethorpe in style! πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸšŒ

πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 3 Years of Service 50 πŸŽ‰

Friday 5th June 2026 marks the third anniversary of P. C. Coaches taking over Service 50, proudly connecting City, County & Coast six days a week.

Since June 2023, Service 50 has provided a vital transport link between Lincoln, Wragby, Louth and Mablethorpe, helping residents, commuters, students and visitors travel across Lincolnshire safely, reliably and affordably.

Over the past three years, we have invested significantly in the route, improved frequencies, enhanced journey opportunities and worked closely with local communities and stakeholders to ensure the service continues to meet the needs of the areas it serves.

Today also marks the start of an exciting new chapter for the route, with two brand new British-built Alexander Dennis Enviro400 double-decker buses, entering service following an investment of nearly Β£600,000, the largest single investment in new buses ever made by an independent bus & coach operator in Lincolnshire.

And there is even more exciting news to come. From Monday 27th July 2026, Service 50 will benefit from a range of further improvements, including earlier morning and later evening journeys, together with additional direct journeys between Lincoln and Mablethorpe, reducing the need for customers to change onto connecting services and making travel between the city and the coast even more convenient.

We would like to thank our dedicated drivers, engineers, operational teams, local authority partners and, most importantly, our loyal customers for their continued support. What started as a challenge to preserve an important bus service has grown into one of Lincolnshire's most important transport corridors, connecting communities, supporting local economies and providing access to employment, education, healthcare and leisure opportunities across the county.

As an employee-owned business, we remain committed to investing in the future of public transport and ensuring that communities across Lincolnshire continue to benefit from reliable, high-quality bus services.

Here's to the next chapter of Service 50 as we continue connecting City, County & Coast for many years to come. 🚌🌊

A message like this really reminds us why local bus services matter.

Yesterday one of our Saxilby to Lincoln drivers went above and beyond to help an elderly passenger visit her husband at Burton Waters Care Home on their 59th wedding anniversary. ❀️

With the warm weather making walking difficult, the driver not only helped make the journey easier, but also suggested a simpler pick-up plan for later in the day β€” helping make what could have been a stressful trip into a very special day for the family.

Well done to our driver Shaun for showing genuine care, compassion and common sense customer service. Comments like this make us incredibly proud of the team we have at PC Coaches. πŸ‘πŸšŒ

Lincoln City FC Bus Parade

An open-top bus parade will be taking place throughout Lincoln City Centre on Saturday 9th May 2026 between 2.30pm - 4pm to celebrate Lincoln City Football Club's historic Sky Bet League One title win.

Whilst the parade is passing through the City Centre we are expecting delays to our bus services, and whilst we will do our best to mitigate these delays some services will still be affected.

We advise all customers to plan their journey in advance, allowing plenty of time and for live updates track your bus on the P C Coaches APP.
