Meet Apple. This gorgeous girlie had somehow fractured a tooth in the field and needed to visit Poolhouse Equine to have it removed.
As she hadn't travelled for a little while the vet advised she was sedated for travel. I arrived before the vet and when I met Apple she seemed to have a calm and very sweet nature.
Apples owner was very happy for me to see if she would load whilst we waited for the vet to arrive. I had a bucket of nuts (her owner said she was quite the foodie) and just stood on the ramp whilst she had a sniff and a look.
Without hassle, upset, stress or worry she gradually wandered up the ramp with me and into the horsebox with nothing more then a calm chit chat on her way in and some nuts. She travelled so well and took everything in her stride 🤍
