Qualifications – P402 or equivalent as a minimum
Experience – ideally, they will have worked for UKAS-accredited companies and have a wide range of experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial premises undertaking Management and Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys. Experience using Alpha Tracker or similar surveying software is preferable, although not essential, if they can learn systems relatively quickly.
