A livery pack for the Embraer E110-P1 MSFS 2020 addon by NextGen Simulations is now available to from our downloads centre.

This is the first of 4 packs for this aircraft covering G-JBAC which carries the livery inspired by the livery of the real Knight Air which operated from Leeds Bradford (EGNM/LBA). A matching livery (complete with freeware aircraft) is already available for FSX users.

Knight Aeroclub has taken delivery of its 7th Textron / Cessna C172 airframe. Registered as G-NIKI, the aircraft is based at Blackpool airport (EGNH/BLK).

Our second Airbus A319 ACJ has been delivered to Blackpool (EGNH/BLK). M-BETH joins sister aircraft M-KATE operating our corporate and charter services on flights throughout Europe.

Knight Air has had a long standing history of following global motorsport events. With us being in the middle of the Isle of Man TT races this week it seems an appropriate time to highlight one of our first special liveries.

Introduced in 2005, the first motorsport livery was applied to the Boeing 737-400 Combi (one of Mike Stone's models if I remember correctly) airframes. Adapted from the standard livery, the motorsport legend and chequered flag logo was applied to the fuselage and the 3 stripes replaced by 2 stripes, inspired by the scalextric racing track pieces.

Another popular choice amongst our regional pilots, the Saab 340B featured in schedules across all hubs, including the Prestwick freight centre with the introduction of the cargo variant.

Seen here in the 2004 livery, which was becoming standard across the entire fleet by early 2005, G-KTLR was based at Leeds Bradford (EGNM/LBA) and frequently used on the Isle of Man route.
