We were deeply saddened this evening to hear of Matt Wagner’s passing after his long battle with cancer.

Our heartfelt condolences go to his family, friends, colleagues at DCS by Eagle Dynamics, and everyone across the DCS and wider flight simulation community who knew and admired him.

For so many of us, Matt was a familiar and respected presence whose passion and dedication helped shape the hobby we love. His passing is also a poignant reminder that behind the games and simulations we enjoy are real people, each facing personal challenges that we may never see.

Matt’s contribution to flight simulation has touched countless lives, and his legacy will live on through the community he helped to build.

Rest in peace, Matt. You will be greatly missed.
