The US DOJ has filed a formal appeal challenging part of the Court of International Trade's IEEPA tariff refund directive β specifically the order covering finally liquidated entries.
CBP's CAPE portal has issued over $20 billion in refunds to date, but the system cannot yet process finalised entries, and a court hearing on 9 July is adding further pressure on the timeline.
