Not long now! 😄

As part of the Gala we're offering FREE signal box tours at BOUGHTON each day.

These will occur at 11:40, 12:40, 13:40 and 14:40 and last approximately 10-15 mins. Attendees should gather at the north end of the platform and will be escorted in small groups up to the box.

Please note that tour participants will need to be able to negotiate uneven paths and steps. Under 16s will need to be accompanied by an adult. The signal box will be in operation and so it will be possible to see the signalman working in real time.

📣 ALSO, please note that your event entry ticket includes FREE rides on our 5" miniature railway and use of the bouncy castle! 😍

Just finished this little study of Hawthorn Leslie No3718 (or possibly 3719!) “Swanscombe No.4”, resident at the Northampton and Lamport Railway, where I’ll be doing my second ever art stall next weekend 😊

This is Swanscombe No4 that spent its working life not too far from where I grew up, on the other side of Kent!
