Our current life jackets (also Seago) have reached the end of their useful life expired and have served us well over a number of years. Thank you again Seago and we wish you every success in you provision of such excellent life saving equipment.

Following conversion of the Marion Seagull we were delighted to welcome HRH The Princess Royal to the Branch to help us celebrate and recommission the converted boat.
The Princess Royal met the Branch Committee, Members and Engineering Team before boarding the vessel for the re-commissioning ceremony.
Two Members of the local Clergy assisted by providing a blessing and pouring a quaich of whisky over the bow, before The Princess Royal unveiled a Plaque commemorating her visit and delivered a short speech.
The Princess Royal then departed on a short sail at the end of which she was presented with a posy of flowers by the Granddaughter of the Branch Chairman
