We are looking for a part time flexible driver to help us cover some additional work at various times of the day.
We would like to talk to people who have a driving license with a valid D1 entitlement and with experience of driving a minibus.
Current rate of pay is £12.95 per hour and hours of work can be discussed and are flexible.
We have a small modern fleet of accessible and non accessible minibuses..
Portable DBS would be an advantage but isn’t essential. Full training, including MIDAS training will be provided.

I know we’ve not posted for a while. We’re only a small organisation and most of our time is taken up with seeing community groups, schools and other organisations, helping them to see places important to them. Saying this, it’s time for a little kudos for our team who we’re so grateful to have. Both the passenger assistants and drivers alike, the service they provide is outstanding.
I was sent these pictures today. Our first vehicle purchased 5 and a half years ago. Our Manager Alan Mycroft has spent all day polishing it from top to bottom. It’s important to him how we present and honestly, his standards have got us this far. So very grateful to him and to all our team for what they keep on doing for us, day after day. Community Transport is at our ❤️ and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’re looking to work with a driver and passenger assistant to work on a local (Nottingham) school contract. Immediate start is available ( subject to all safer recruitment checks including DBS). Today I received a lovely message from one of our team. A picture of 3 buses lined up in a car park. I can completely understand why this would seem like the most uninteresting picture to most but to me it represents our journey, the loyalty of the most amazing people who work with us and the thousands of yearly journeys we do to ensure isolation doesn’t overrun peoples lives. We help where we can and we’re grateful beyond what we could ever say to those who give us their trust daily, by using our services. From schools to hospitals and community groups to individuals, we value every individual.
This picture represents progress, investment and care and effort by our amazing team who take pride when they drive our name around. This is our 5th year and with a small fleet of 6 minibuses, we’re on a Journey. This is ❤️❤️🚌🚌

Well it’s been a busy few months again (which we love by the way) . We’ve just been driving through the on our way to collect Evolve Nottingham CIC from YHA Edale Activity Centre and the views are stunning. We know this is kind of work but it really doesn’t feel that way today. A quick shout out to Edale Village Hall who have been so kind to us today by letting us park our 2 large Minibuses in their spaces for an hour as we couldn’t use the coach parking due to cars having parked there. We are very grateful for your help today. Derbyshire County Council surely there must be a solution to people parking in the coach bays? #

We’re looking to work with a Passenger Assistant, starting as soon as possible. Do you know anyone or are you interested yourself?
We want someone who shares our passion for people, someone who’s kind and caring and who’d like to contribute back to their community. The right person will be escorting a minibus supporting children/adults between home and school.

We operate in Nottingham area and the work will be starting around NG5/NG4/NG8 area. If you’re interested but live further out, we can look at the logistics of that. The hours of work will be 8-10 am and 3-5pm, Monday to Thursday. Total hours will be 16 hours per week.

Ideally, you will have a fully enhanced DBS already but if not, we can provide that.

We are a training organisation so you’ll be provided with everything you need to ensure you’re safe. Our drivers are lovely and they know lots about our organisation so that should help you settle in.

We provide a good working environment with supportive team members and seasonal rewards.
