🔧 We’re Hiring – Workshop Technician (HGV / Fleet)

Due to continued growth across both LM Recovery and LM Transport, we are looking to recruit an additional Workshop Technician to join our established team.

🔧 The Role

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a mixed fleet of HGVs, recovery vehicles, and vans, including both company and customer vehicles.

Your duties will include:

* Periodic maintenance and servicing
* Diagnostics and fault finding
* Mechanical repairs
* Supporting fleet reliability and uptime

🧰 Experience & Skills Required

Ideally, you will have experience with:

* MOT preparation and repairs on Scania, DAF, and Iveco vehicles
* Using modern diagnostic equipment
* Light fabrication and welding

✅ Requirements

* Previous workshop/mechanical experience (essential)
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* HGV licence (preferred but not essential)

⏰ Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Every second Saturday morning

We are currently recruiting Service Van Technicians / to join our busy and fast-paced operation based in Shotts.

🔧 About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position within the vehicle recovery industry.
You will attend roadside breakdowns, assist stranded motorists, and carry out recovery operations including accident (RTC) work.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.

We are currently recruiting for an additional workshop technician to join our existing team.
Ideally you will possess experience in:

MOT and repairs on Scania/Daf/ Ivecos
Using diagnostic equipment

Your role involves carrying out periodic maintenance and repairs on both LM Recovery & LM Transport fleets as well as customer vehicles.
