Hull Trains is an award winning, open-access operator running up to 94 direct services a week from Hull and the Humber region direct to the capital. In 2019, we welcomed the first of our Paragon fleet into passenger service. As part of a £60 million investment, the state-of-the-art Hitachi trains brought vast improvements to travel after replacing our old fleet. Journeys are smoother, greener and

have 20% more seats are now available for passengers travelling to and from the capital. 2021 was a landmark year and saw us celebrate our 21st anniversary. Through our 20+ year history our people are what continue to set us apart. From our on-board team and train drivers to our office-based team, everybody plays their part in looking after the small details and making sure every journey is a great experience. We pride ourselves on being one of the most customer-focused long-distance train operators in the UK and we are prouder than ever to carry the Hull name on the side of our trains. What we offer:

⚠️ Airport disruption update

✈️ If your Hull Trains journey to or from an airport is affected, and your ticket is dated 8th or 9th September 2026, you can use your existing ticket to travel on a Hull Trains service on the day of your rescheduled flight, including any valid connecting services. Please bring your airline ticket when travelling.

This arrangement will be valid all day today (9th September) and tomorrow (10th September) for customers with tickets dated 8th or 9th September.

We're expecting our services to be very busy this weekend with the fixture in London on Saturday.

To help our customers get to and from London, there will be extra seating available on the 05:53/06:15 from Beverley/Hull to London King's Cross.

An additional service will run from London King's Cross at 19:55 to help supporters return to Hull after the match against Chelsea. See the timetable here: https://hulltrains.co.uk/travel-information/engineering-works

Please note if you do not have a seat reservation you may have to stand for your journey.
