Finished this project at Mytchett Lake for the Basingstoke Canal Authority, after lots of months planning and applying for permits with Network Rail, I am pleased to say the project went very well. Well done to our teams. I also got stuck in on this one which was a nice change from being in the office all the time.

Setting up for our next project. Wet!

Phase 1 work complete at Lock 2 on the Basingstoke canal. This phase was to install 3 temp moorings to allow for the repositioning of houseboats whilst the essential works are carried out next winter.

SSSI means we have limited periods to complete the work.

Massive thank you to our teams for working in this awful wet weather. Role on ☀️😎

Work underway. Split over two phases due to SSSI restrictions we are renewing 13 houseboat moorings including provision for 3 temporary moorings, to allow temporary moorings for houseboats next season.

Logistics on this one is the main part of the project. A great team and management means we are keeping to schedule with the least amount of disruption.
