When the numbers don't add up, sometimes it's time to rethink the strategy!

Tariffs are making the US harder to sell into. What do you do next?

For some businesses selling into the US, the answer has been to simply switch off American sales.

But that doesn’t have to mean switching off international growth.
In this clip from Freedom to Grow, we discuss looking beyond one market and considering where else the opportunity might be.

Canada. Mexico. Argentina. Brazil.

The important thing is having the right connections, infrastructure and strategy around you to explore those opportunities.

International growth isn’t just about getting a product from A to B.
It’s about understanding your options when the market changes.

What if Northern Ireland could be the launchpad for American brands looking to enter UK and EU markets?

In this clip from Freedom to Grow, Stephen and Adrian discuss an opportunity they’re already exploring with US brands: bringing stock into Northern Ireland and using its unique position to access markets across Great Britain and the EU.

It’s a good example of why fulfilment strategy is about much more than where you store and ship your products.

Where you hold your stock can become part of your wider growth strategy.

Watch the clip to hear Stephen and Adrian discuss the opportunity, and catch the full episode of Freedom to Grow for the complete conversation.
