I have completed my first certification in Essential Oils! For anyone within the dōTERRA network of Wellness advisers from a complete newbie I recommend the course. Four modules of videos of which the longest regarding food preparation with essential oils was the longest, over 7 minutes. The rest in smaller spurts. Great if you need to stop and do something else you can go straight back into where you left off. My only gripe is not being able to retake the module quizzes if you score over 80%! All in all a great start to my dōTERRA journey!

As a Powerchair user and previously a manual wheelchair user I found having digestive issues a problem. Will I get to the bathroom on my mind constantly when I have a flare up.

Do you suffer with constipation, diarrhoea,nausea or have IBS symptoms?

The oils I have been using are so versatile. They can be combined with fractionated coconut oil & used topically on your skin. They are Certified Pure Test Grade (CPTG) some can be taken internally via a drop under the tongue or in a beverage. Some are even produced as a softgel capsule.
Therefore, you can rub oils on your stomach to ease discomfort, rub on your chest and apply to your feet & within 20 minutes they will support every cell in your body.

Do you have a stoma? Does your skin itch? Does the skin around the outside of the stoma pouch becoming inflamed, blistered or flaky from scratching?

I was recommended an amazing product & the smallest amount is needed not even the size of a petit pois 🫛. My skin cleared up within 3 days & did not affect me during the hot spell.

Do you catheterise or have a urostomy?
I have a urostomy & for months I have been dealing with mucus blocking my stoma outlet or even seeing the mucky deposits in my tubing to my urine collection bag. Today my husband made a comment while emptying my bag from over night, as my urine is so clear. The mucus is clear not muddy looking. What have I done for this to happen?

To anyone who catheterises or has a urostomy

I use essential oils to support my urinary issues. I have a urostomy & use a urine collection bag. I know when I am dehydrated due to the colour of my urine & the mucus my kidneys produce as I do not have a bladder.

A fabulous few hours at The Titanic Exhibition NEC. Has to be the best Titanic exhibition we have been to. Even as a Powerchair user I could get close to the exhibits.

Wow wow wow what a fantastic experience. As a Powerchair user just to be able to get close to the artefacts inside the cabinets was amazing. There was not one area I could not access or get close to. Thank you for thinking this through!
