The destination was beautiful and planned to perfect

BUT …….

The fuel prices 😢 £2 a litre today £2.03

These increases are straining the transportation sector throughout, small businesses like us & many others cannot afford to take the extra fuel costs on the chin!

So please work with us a little with fuel surcharges

£1.37 start of 2026 £2.03 towards the end that’s a huge increase, doesn’t sound like maybe £10-£20 more to a business is a lot but times that by 4,5,8,10 vehicles across a week across 52 weeks would work out well over £6k more a year

We are trying our utmost to keep costs to a minimum but we cannot predict these aggressive fuel increases we are seeing this year.

This isn’t just about our company it’s about all removers, haulage companies and transport across the uk

On a side note - we still need coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits on moving days so please stop packing the kettle everyone 🤣
