Alongside our growing list of visiting aircraft, we are pleased to announce that Alpine F1 Team will be exhibiting their show car for the weekend. Alongside this, the team will testing with us in early July. further details will be announced soon.

With the weather set to be slightly less tropical this weekend why not come down and see our exhibiting vehicles alongside our visiting Spitfire.

Our iconic Negus 747 will be open to the public from 10.00 - 16.00.

AV8 Restaurant will be open and we will have additional catering options as well.

We would link to thank the brilliant children from Kemble Primary School’s Gardening Club, who came in to help us spruce up our planters recently. Despite the cold, wind and rain they kept on going!

They’ve made such a difference leading in to the summer months and the planters are looking so much better thanks to all their hard work, enthusiasm and green fingers.

This forms part of our ongoing community initiative, working with local groups and schools to help make Cotswold Airport a welcoming place for everyone.

With the unfortunate cancellation of RIAT this year, we know a lot of aviation fans, families, photographers, traders, exhibitors and enthusiasts will still be looking for somewhere to enjoy an aviation-filled weekend this summer.

Cotswold Airport Open Weekend is very much ON and taking place on Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th July 2026 right here in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Expect visiting aircraft, classic and military aviation, helicopters, live displays on the ground, great food & drink, live music, family attractions and the chance to get up close to aircraft including our iconic Negus 747.

If you were disappointed about missing an aviation event this summer, we’d love to welcome you to Kemble for a relaxed and family-friendly weekend surrounded by aircraft and aviation history.

Today marks the start of three days of flying of the iconic Spitfire and P51 Mustang Moon Beam Mcswine.

The Spitfire is with us today, Saturday and Sunday. The first flights of the season for the Mustang are set for Saturday.

Later this month we will be hosting our static car display alongside the iconic Boeing 747 Negus.

Joining us will be the legendary Spitfire taking to the air all day offering a unique opportunity to fly in the second seat of this world renowned aircraft.

Negus will be open all day and anyone displaying there vehicle with a ticket will gain free entry onboard.
