Such an important message! This also goes to show the value of being members of an association.
We have recently had a company and their staff (that fortunately is not even close to being a competitor) make slanderous comments to a review site about us not having insurance. The site have been forced to name the accuser so we know who it is.
But it was also of no concern to us because we are currently members of 3 vetted associations/memberships that all carry out these checks and vet us all on the customers behalf.
This is the reason that we pay to join these associations so that you, the customer have even more assurance that we are doing things the right way and more to the point, you do not have to take our word for it. You can check it out for yourselves.
So as much as some companies will tell you that they do not join these associations because they can then save money for you and your move.....maybe think twice about why they would not want to give this extra assurance to people.
Based on local searches within Suffolk and Essex in our sector we currently have the most google reviews, the most Facebook reviews, the most yell reviews, the second most Checkatrade reviews and great scores on three best rated.
This is not for us to boast but to remind the small minded people that like to try and tarnish us that they will forever be looking up at us and we will continue to be more classy and to get on with what we do best. We keep ourselves to ourselves and focus on our customers.
We get on extremely well with most local removals companies which can again be proven by our memberships.
Anyone that reads this and thinks that it is about them will almost certainly be right. Those that have done nothing wrong will completely understand.

“ A lady wanted to purchase a beautiful handmade cake and spotted a cake maker who did absolutely amazing work.
The lady thought that her price was way too high so she approached the cake maker and in quite an abrupt fashion stated: "I want to buy a cake from you, but I think you charge too much!"
The Cake Maker was a little taken aback but replied: "Ok, how much do you think I should charge?"
The lady replied: “I think you should charge “X” much because the flour will cost this much, eggs this much and fondant this much etc. I have even factored in the price of a pan."
The final price the lady had calculated was a lot cheaper than the cake maker’s original price, but she said "Ok, deal. You will get your cake in a week".
The lady customer was very pleased and can’t resist telling all her friends what a fabulous deal she has negotiated, how smart she is and that in a week she will have her gorgeous cake.
A week later her cake arrives.
She opens it and inside is flour, eggs, fondant & even a pan.
Angrily she contacts the Cake Maker asking “How could you do this to me? I asked you for a cake and you sent me a box of flour, egg, fondant and a pan?!"
The cake maker quietly replies "My dear, you got exactly what you paid for, if you think that there is something missing, then you are absolutely right and you need to pay for it”
Moral of the story - when you buy a bespoke service you are not just buying just the materials you are buying time, effort, skill, training, costs of business, tax, overheads, love, passion, and dedication that goes into providing a bespoke service.
At the end of the day -- you get what you pay for.”
