Our formal public consultation closes this Sunday, and your responses will inform the final development of the Plan before it is submitted to Bòrd na Gàidhlig.

We’re recruiting an Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO) at Inverness Airport.

This role would suit a self-motivated ATCO with a flexible approach and an interest in getting involved in ATC-related projects. The role follows a shift pattern including weekends and public holidays.

You should hold a UK CAA ATCO Licence with ADI and APS ratings, a valid CAA Class 3 Medical Certificate and English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above. Single-rated ATCOs will also be considered.

As the new series of The Celebrity Traitors beckons, Inverness Airport was thrilled to have played a small role in its development.

Earlier this summer, we were sworn to secrecy as a BBC production crew filmed a trailer for the show.

But we are, and always have been, faithful and can only now reveal that the filming took place.

🌞 Arrive with plenty of time to check in, drop off your hold bags and go through security to ensure that you are ready to board your flight (even if it is delayed)
🌞 Prepare for security. Currently at Inverness Airport, all liquids, pastes, aerosols and gels must be in containers of 100ml or less, in a clear plastic bag (no bigger than 20cm by 20 cm), and taken out of your cabin bag for screening along with any electronic devices.

Update: The technical issue has now been resolved.

We are currently experiencing a technical issue at Inverness Airport. Passengers may experience longer wait times as they pass through the security process as a result.

We advise passengers to arrive early for their flights and on arrival, to check-in and proceed straight through security to the departure lounge.
