✨Staff Shout Out ✨

This month's staff shout out is the incredible Caroline! A customer booked their discounted tickets with megabus, travelled from Glasgow to Pitlochry and was lucky enough to have Caroline as their friendly driver each way! Caroline was described as "an absolute credit to megabus! Very helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to help passengers on this service!"

We're glad to see Caroline putting a smile on many passenger's faces! Keep up the great work! 🥰

As another fantastic Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival comes to an end, we'd like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this year's shuttle bus service such a success 💙🚌🎶

Firstly, thank you to all of our passengers for choosing to travel with us. We hope you had an amazing festival and that we helped make your journey to and from Belladrum safe, easy and enjoyable.

A massive thank you also goes to our incredible team:
👏 Our amazing drivers, who worked tirelessly with professionalism, patience and a smile throughout the weekend.
👏 Our staff on the ground, who kept passengers moving and loaded vehicles efficiently, ensuring everyone got away as quickly and safely as possible.
👏 Our office team, who worked hard before and throughout the festival, organising bookings, answering enquiries and keeping everything running smoothly.
👏 And finally, everyone working behind the scenes who helped plan, coordinate and support the operation, your hard work often goes unseen, but it is absolutely vital to making an event of this scale possible.

Belladrum is always one of the busiest weekends of our year, and it takes a real team effort to deliver the service. We couldn't do it without every single one of you.
