Kilt Rock view point up near Staffin on the Isle of Skye. Thursday 24th September 2026 at 19am. You can see Mealt falls waterfall struggling with the wind. The second part of the video clip is the view down towards Brothers point and the Isle of Raasay.

A very driech day at Eilean Donan Castle. Tuesday 22nd September, 2026. We started our tour of Skye and the local area at Eilean Donan after picking my guests up of the train at Kyle of Lochalsh. Unfortunately the morning was misty, wet and drizzly. What we refer to as driech in Scotland. The weather did improve once we had reached the north end of Skye. weather

When visiting the Quiraing on Skye it’s advised to go early as it a busy place. This video was taken on Wednesday 9th September 2026 at 9.30am. The car park was already full. The weather was nice so that probably encouraged visitors to arrive early.
