Mobile HGV & Trailer Fitter / Mechanic - Immediate start available

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Van based Mobile HGV and Trailer Fitter / Mechanic to join our team (Van will be provided) This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is methodical, practical and able to think through problems clearly while working to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and repairs on HGVs and trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Complete defect repairs and routine maintenance to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.

About You

• Previous experience working with HGVs and trailers is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and good fault-finding ability.
• A methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in all weathers.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to be flexible with working hours when needed.
• Be on call if an issue arises and willing to work weekends when required
• Relevant qualifications or licences would be advantageous, but practical experience will also be considered.

Hours & Pay

Working hours will vary, so flexibility is required. Pay to be discussed in person
