TERMS AND CONDITIONS
My Work
Upon discussion of your needs and styles, I will provide you with a sketched image of the art, and amend where needed. Only when you have approved the work will I start to cut it... Please see number 4
PAYMENT
If you are local to the Ilkley (or there abouts area) then payment by cash on delivery is acceptable. Maybimoo accepts PayPal or cheque. *If paying by cheque please understand your goods will be reserved until the cheque has cleared but not dispatched until then
Payment will need to be received once you have approved the sketched design on your chosen paper cut, once payment is received I proceed to cut/mount or frame the design, I always keep in contact regarding how long the cuts will take – however I always aim to have them ready for posting by 3-5 days.
1. All items are posted once work is completed, framed and packaged – this takes between 3-5 days once the sketched design has been approved.
2. The delivery charge or postage charge are agreed with the customer at the time of order confirmation and cannot be refunded- I will always discuss with the customer the postage options, and where possible, if needed I can hand deliver items with customer approval. I regularly use parcel force, and can happily send the item to a UPS drop off point if the customer has a local UPS collection service.
3. In the case of receiving goods damaged in transit, please contact Maybimoo, and we can discuss next steps in more detail.
4. Every attempt will be made by me to meet your needs... All of my items are available for personalization; please understand that once the sketch has been approved and the cut has been started or finished – it cannot be amended. If you were unhappy with your item, please contact maybimoo to discuss reasoning’s, however I always send a proof picture of the finished item before it gets sent – if this is accepted by the customer the item gets posted, refunds or partial refunds can be discussed if this should occur.
5. Personal details of the business owner are displayed in the information of the page but can also be provided on request should further contact be necessary.
6. ALL competitions and giveaways run by maybimoo are our sole responsibility and not done with the endorsement or support of Facebook or its associated companies. All entrants must be over the age of 18 and abide by any specified rules to qualify entry.
7. When you order from this page, we require your address for posting. This is usually acquired via your PayPal account through the invoice system. It is your responsibility to inform us of any address changes which have not yet been amended on PayPal, otherwise we will ship to the address they provide. We will ONLY ever send you any communication via this page unless you specifically require communication via text message or business email – [email protected]
PRIZE DRAW AND GIVEAWAYS. If you are a winner to either, we require you to provide your full postal address via inbox on this page. Your details are NOT and will never be passed on by us to a third party. They can only be viewed by me who respects your privacy rights. You have the right to ask me to provide details we hold about you but please bear in mind that I do not keep this information indefinitely or for any length of time, it having been acquired by me only for the purpose of posting on the occasion you have provided it. You also have the right to ask us to remove the information. Any messages or emails where you have provided an address are deleted on delivery of the item
8. SECURITY
Payments made via PayPal. These payments are protected by PayPal according to their own terms of use. By using their invoice system I ensure your payment to maybimoo is protected by them for our part. All disputes regarding payment are to be opened with PayPal and I will support you where possible and as far as I can, but all decisions for these disputes are made by PayPal and beyond my control. Your personal details provided on this page are protected by Facebook and information passed on is done so by Facebook alone. I will support you as far as I can in any dispute, but these are the responsibility of Facebook. No information will be passed by maybimoo
