I completed my final wedding of the year last Thursday and it was good to give the tuk-tuk a final run out at Upton Barn.

Our insurance is due for renewal in October and we've made the decision not to renew it. When we started this venture two years ago we knew the success of the business depended on us obtaining a private hire license so we could provide city tours of Exeter to locals and visitors alike. To date we have been unable to get the relevant insurance coverage to enable us to do this so we can made the decision to call it a day.

It's been a great couple of years and we've met some lovely people and had some fun (and intriguing) experiences during that time. To everyone who has helped us along the way I want to say thank you and to everyone who has booked us for their wedding and event I hope you enjoyed it.

I have the small matter of a tuk-tuk in my garage which needs to be sold. I've listed this on Facebook Marketplace on the following link - https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/495927713137812
I'm hoping to get about £7,000 for it but if anyone is interested and has any questions or would like to make me an offer please get in touch.

Happy first wedding anniversary to Imogen and Steph. Such a lovely day up at Moorland Hotel last year. Always a special place in my heart as it was our first wedding. Hope your first year as a married couple has been good to you.

When I'm not out driving tuk-tuks I'm often found driving golf balls. Had a great time in Spain soaking up some sun and enjoying great company. 🛺⛳️

Always a pleasure visiting Powderham Castle. Went along to their wedding open day on Saturday and saw brief glimpses of lovely spring-time weather. The venue was looking stunning and met several couples getting married there during the year.

I received this lovely card in the post last week from a couple who's wedding I provided transport at last year.

It was a fantastic and very colourful Asian fusion wedding in Lifton on a stunning day in September.

It's great that they took the time to send me a card. It was completely unexpected and put a smile on my face for the day. A pleasant change to receiving bills in the post!

We had a great time at the Dream Wedding Magazine extravaganza at the weekend. Spoke to some very excited couples who were blown away with the choice on show from the fantastic suppliers. It was lovely to catch up with some friends as well, even if Sarah did beat me at the curling?!

We'll be sending emails out this week to the couples we spoke to and we are now looking forward to our first wedding in April.
